My Story:

Dennice Allen achieved a Masters in Exercise and Sports Science (Vic Uni), an Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy (MIMT), is Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, achieved a Cert IV in Personal Training and is a Masters Development Swim Coach. Dennice Allen is a certified Myotherapist with a focus towards strength & conditioning as well as a Manual Lymphatic Drainage practitioner

Dennice is currently a Board member of Myotherapy Association of Australia (2023-on going) and Vice President of Masters Swimming Victoria (2022 – ongoing) and was the founding president of Mornington Peninsula Masters Swimming Club (2020-2023). 

She also volunteers at Peninsula Parklands as well as Crib Point Community House to increase health and well being through seminars and active group sessions.
